Artica maintain overall responsibility for the processing of all nurse candidates and other applicants.

Alicia Catbagan is currently the Director of Nursing for a Florida-based Hospital and Nursing Association. As our Marketing Executive, based in Florida, Alicia is responsible for the growth of Careplus in key markets across the USA. She has more than 25 years of experience as a Nurse advocate with responsibilities that included the recruitment development and retention of mission-critical talent in the health care and hi-tech industries. She is currently the President of International American Staffing ( IAMSTAFF INC.)

Leila Dalid has joined Careplus to help nurses with any training or study issues that they may have. Leila has over 20 years working experience as Nurse Staff and currently holds a managerial position in Southshore Hospital, Florida, USA.

Anesia Flores RN BSN, Liason Officer - Los Angeles
Anesia Flores had joined Careplus to assist the Directors in all aspects of day to day functions, coordinating our new and existing International contracts in the US. She is currently working as a Nurse of the Cardiology Department in Little Company of Mary Hospital in South California, USA.

Jucinda Borre has joined Careplus to assist coordinating our and existing International Contarcts. Jucinda is responsible for maintaining contract and advising individual nurse applicants as well as other overseas foreign candidates at each stage of the process. She has been a teacher for over 20 years and she is very keen in personality profile selection of potential candidates.

Mark Labrador is responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with our client hospitals. His background is in Civil Engineering where he had extensive experience in managing large contracts, legalities and government agencies. He is currently act as the Director of Operations of several companies owned and operated by Careplus owners.

Angel Bernadette Uy Labrador BSA/F MA, Finance Executive
Angel Bernadette Uy Labrador holds a degree in Acountancy and Dual-Degree in Finance and Human Resources from Harvard University Campbridge, MA, USA. She does all the Finacial and Human Resource functions of Careplus. She also acts as the Director of Finance of several companies owned by Careplus owners.
